Today we’d like to introduce you to Jacqueline Ortiz.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Four years ago, I took a leap of faith by leaving my teaching career of 12 years to focus on my family. I have always had a passion for writing curriculum and training teachers. I would create most my classroom resources and write curriculum for my district. While I was at home focusing on my family, my friends nudged me to start selling my curriculum online. I quickly looked into it and could not believe the opportunity that was there for teachers like me. It has been a journey to learn the aspects of running a business but I am grateful for my website and the creative outlet that it has given me.
