Description
Build a Monster Halloween Reading Comprehension Activities: Give your upper elementary students a reason to read closely! In this Halloween packet, students read a story, answer comprehension questions, and use clues from the text to choose, color, cut, and build the monster described.
Each of the five stories has a matching monster design page. Students underline appearance clues as they read, answer four multiple-choice questions, and complete a Prove It! response explaining two design choices with text evidence. Then they assemble their monster on the design page.
