I used this resource for my 3rd-grade classroom for an unexpected day off in November. It was a huge relief to have a set of no-prep, themed plans ready to go!
My students enjoyed the fall/November activities, and the substitute appreciated that everything was clearly organized and required minimal setup. It kept them busy and engaged for the entire day.
The only small drawback was that a couple of the activities were a bit too simple for my particular group of third graders, which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. Overall, it was a great value and a huge time-saver!

The Emergency November Fall No Prep Sub Plans were easy to use and very convenient for a last-minute substitute day. I appreciated how simple everything was to prep and truly no prep at all, which is always a huge help for busy teachers. A BIG PLUS.
The activities included were great for ELA, but I do wish the resource had more math lessons. It would also be great if the math components were standard-specific for 3rd or 4th grade, with clearly matched standards to make planning and alignment easier. Overall, it’s an okay resource that’s quick to set up and very useful in a pinch, but adding more math and grade-level standards would make it even stronger!
Side note: I also liked the theme and so did my students!
