I Highly Recommend this resource!! My student loved reading these paired passages and was so engaged and eager to complete them and share what they learned with family. We loved the non- fiction and realistic fiction stories and the questions such as making a connection and main idea as well as comprehension. I expanded on learning by looking up unfamiliar vocab and having them write the definitions on the back. I liked this set so much I bought the New Year- Spring paired passages as well. My only critique would be I wish the genre answer section was smaller and the making a connection answer section was large enough to write a complete sentence, but again great resource!
