This resource is wonderful! It is easy to follow for the lower elementary levels to use, yet, it needs no template adjustments for use at higher grade levels. All students were able to fill these out with information researched at different levels. It was nice to have each national park’s arrowhead available to print in color.
Rachel H. –
A very thorough resource! The kids enjoy it because it is something different. I enjoy it because it is easily adaptable to pick and choose what to use and what not to.

This resource was exactly what I was looking for, and the writing ideas are fantastic and encourage both learning and creativity! I do recommend reading the comprehension pages ahead of time for accuracy, but the creator is very responsive to any issues that may come up.

I have been able to weave this resource through different class levels and tasks. It is extremely easy to use them for reading practice, informative writing, connecting to our books, and other technological resources. I wish the text in the comprehension sheets was larger so that it was easier for them to annotate and I wasn’t printing a whole page for a small amount of text. I would love to see comprehension passages for each park so that they could connect to the pennants. Overall a wonderful resource that saved me so much time.

I used this with my ELL students during WIDA testing to give them something independent to work on. What a FUN project!
